How do I pay?
After submitting your order request you will receive a Stripe payment link by email within 2 hours during business hours. Secure card payment. No PayPal required.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional?
Yes. If you order a Starter audit and want to upgrade, you can pay the difference of £150 and we will add the GSC integration and additional sections to your report.
What format is the report delivered in?
PDF report sent by email. The report includes an executive summary, section-by-section findings, competitor comparison, and a numbered priority action list ordered by impact vs effort.
Do you offer refunds?
If the audit has not been started we will provide a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are considered on a case by case basis. We are confident in the quality of our work.
Can I ask questions about the report once I receive it?
Yes. All audits include a follow-up email Q&A period. Professional and Enterprise audits include a 30-minute call to walk through the findings.
